WP7 ensures effective and efficient management and coordination of the project, using procedures proven effective in past projects and several tools specifically designed for MIRACA. The five main tasks described below follow our key management principles: transparency and democracy, effectiveness and professionalism,
efficiency, innovation, and compliance.

  1. Effectively and efficiently manage all administrative, legal, and financial issues.
  2. Organise and implement an efficient project structure and day to day coordination.
  3. Monitor and ensure the scientific quality and coherence of MIRACA.
  4. Monitor and maximise the impacts of MIRACA.
  5. Ensure effective strategic, operational, and risk management.
